Bet365 Casino Review - My Experience
A combination of games section and Playtech casino provides most players with the games they want although bonuses are poor. I started playing my casino games at Bet365 several years ago and I still play there regularly to this day. The choice of games is good, cashouts are no-nonsense and the layout is really easy to follow. I do think loyal players could be rewarded better though.

In terms of the casinos I have played and reviewed at Top Choice, Bet365 casino's closest rivals as far as games choice goes would be Paddy Power Casino or Ladbrokes although Bet365 has a far meatier product suite than Ladbrokes, so it is more comparable to Paddy Power.
As a player here myself for several years, I can't help but feel a little biased towards Bet365 as it's been a totally hassle-free experience. To be honest, I wouldn't choose Playtech as my casino games provider if it were my casino: Microgaming's table games as found at somewhere like 32Red (32Red review) or the leser-known Roxy Palace casino are, I feel, more varied and interesting with far wider choice but the slots here are arguably better. Not as many but those that are here are high quality.
That said, one of the big plus-points of Bet365 is that they also have a Games section with some Microgaming games sitting alongside popular land-based slots from WMS, Aristocrat and IGT. Where the Playtech casino itself is available in both download and Instant Play formats, the Bet365 Games section is only 'Instant Play' (browser based). In fact, it is here that I spend most of my time and money as it happens as I love the slots from WMS. Raging Rhino, Montezuma, Zeus III and Wizard Of Oz Ruby Slippers are among my all-time favourite games.
While the table games choice might not be as wide-ranging as some online casinos, it has to be said that the Bet365 Live Dealer casino is very popular. Once again it is Playtech-driven but unlike many other live casinos, it offers more than just standard Blackjack, European Roulette and Baccarat. You can also play Sic Bo, French Roulette and Casino Hold 'Em along with VIP high limit versions of the games. It may not be quite as diverse as the multi-playform live casinos on offer at Betvictor Casino but the choice of games itself at Bet365 is as good.
When it comes to customer perks, there are good and bad points at Bet365. On the good side, you can ask for the 12 hour 'reverse pending' period to be removed and recieve very fast cashouts, particularly to e-wallets but even to a UK bank account is as quick as any other online casino I have played - 24-48 hours to arrive. On the downside, bet365 are pretty lousy at promotions and bonuses. The best one (as I write) in my opinion is the "high-roller bonus" - 50% on a deposit value of up to £500 (minimum deposit of £200). Wagering is x30 and you can claim it with the 'VIP500'when you open a new account.
To be honest, I have never needed customer service except when I had the reverse pending period removed which was a loooong time ago, so I can't comment on how good it is now. It is true to say that my experience playing at Bet365 Casino has been relatively seemless from Day 1 and is why I still play the slot games there now.
