Palace casino has a good reputation and a very good loyalty scheme with regular bonuses. Cashouts
are a little slower than some, but support is good and there are over 400 casino games to

Roxy Palace Casino may not have the advantage of a big brand name like Ladbrokes (see my Ladbrokes casino Review) but it is a well established casino with a very good all-round reputation. I have played there regularly over the years and it's my opinion that even now, in late 2011, Roxy is among the top online casinos for reasons better explained below. Using the Microgaming casino software - the biggest casino games provider bar none - each month you'll find new offerings. In fact,I'm hard pushed to think of a Micro game you won't find at Roxy Palace. Just name your game and it's probably in there among the 300 or so slots, 100 or so table games and 50+ poker games you can choose from. The interface for Roxy Palace is similar to other Microgaming casinos and very intuitive. The inclusion of "Expert Mode" gives you Auto-play and Auto-hold (particularly useful on Video Poker for the non-strategy savvy gambler) and the gameplay runs fast and smooth. One thing I love about Roxy is the constant small bonuses and deposit bonuses they mail out. In fact, they are very good at keeping the player informed all round. A monthly newsletter reviews all the available promotions and each time you deposit and withdraw you get a confirmation email with a follow-up when it's been physically processed. You can expect several small bonuses each month at Roxy Palace if you play regularly and a "tiered" VIP scheme which rewards everyone but gets more interesting and rewarding the more you play. Roxy employs a 48 Hour "Reverse Pending" period meaning when you withdraw, it sits waiting for 48 hours for you to "reverse" it back to play with if you so wish. Personally I'm not a fan of Reverse but most casinos employ it. I'd like to see Roxy agree to reduce it on request as do 32Red casino. That said if you can live with that, then the regular bonuses and promotions at Roxy make up for that IMHO. They process winnings the day following the Reverse time which is line with most of the best online casinos. Most e-Wallets and cards are accepted at Roxy and they take players from most countries exclusing the USA, many parts of South East Asia, Southern Africa and Eastern Europe. Aside from English, the Roxy Palace website is also available in French (Francais) and Dutch and currencies accepted include UK Pounds, Canadian and US dollars and Euros. The bonus is normally about par for the course and is credited automatically to your account within 45 minutes of making your qualifying deposit. This suits some, but players who prefer not to get tied into wagering conditions (that always apply to any casino bonus anywhere) should email support asking for the bonus not to be applied before they deposit. Incidentally the Roxy support is generally very quick with a response being forthcoming in most instances within 20 minutes or so. Overall, as you probably guessed by now, I am a fan of Roxy Palace casino. I find them fast and efficient and while the Reverse Pending time bugs me, everything else suits me down to the ground. I'd recommend Roxy's for players that aren't high rollers but like regular bonuses and promotions because their bonus scheme is second to none. Players not bothered by loyalty bonuses will probably appreciate Ladbrokes casino more, but Roxy's reputation is generally well deserved.
